What is the fee to join the wine club?
There is no fee to join the club. Members are billed for the price of each club shipment quarterly.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a one year commitment to our wine club (four shipments). After you have received four shipments, you may cancel at any time.
How can I make changes to my membership?
Changes such as a new shipping address, credit card, email address, etc. can be updated on your online account or sent to Katie Nelson at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 707-220-8307. Any changes to account information or addresses on file must be submitted prior to billing. The member will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if the package needs to be rerouted.
How do I find out what is included in my shipment?
We will send an email one week prior to billing listing the contents and pricing of your upcoming club shipment. Your shipment may vary, but will typically include 4 bottles of wine and 3 food products.
Can I add to my club shipment?
We will send an email notification one week prior to billing. In that week, you can call or email us to add anything you’d like to your shipment. Once the shipment has been processed, we cannot make any changes.
What if I am not home to receive my shipment?
We strongly recommend providing a business address whenever possible, as an adult signature is required for delivery. The carrier will make three attempts to deliver the package, and then it will be returned to us. If the shipment is returned, we will call you to schedule a reship. Additional shipping charges will apply.
Can I pick up my club shipment?
Members who live in the Napa area may pick up their club shipments in lieu of shipping. Pickup members must pick up their wine within 30 days of billing. After 30 days, the wine will be shipped, and the shipping charge will be billed to your credit card on file.
