Michael's love affair with Italian white wine finds expression in our Chiara Bianco, made from Ribolla Gialla and Tocai Fruliano, Italian varietals grown in California. The Chiara is a white wine with enough acid and structure to pair with the foods Michael loves to cook.
Old-World in style, this rare white wine (from grapes indigenous to the Friuli region of Northeastern Italy) is partially fermented with skin contact, which means added tannin, pigment, flavor and aromatics to the wine. The resultant wine has a beautiful pearl-like iridescence (ie: lemoncello). Honeydew, honeysuckle, pear, peach, key lime, marzipan. Serve at 45 to 49 degrees.
